Frank,

You might take a look at eBay 160247107592 and tell us if yours' looks
anything like it.

Subject: [AT] 3 point sickle bar

I picked up a 3 point sickle bar mower and need some assistance on how it
connects. The 3 point connection and pto connection is straight forward.
The two things I am unsure of are a large spring and sections of chain that
I guess is used to suspend the whole assembly and a solid shaft about 3 ft
long with a 90 degree section containing a grease fitting. This shaft looks
as though it goes under the rear of the tractor and connects to some place
for what reason I do not know.

There are no id numbers or model name on the mower, it was painted green
but don't think this was the original color. As far as I can tell it
doesn't ride on any wheels. Is there a web site out there that would give
me some guidance?
