No Cecil, you are not the only one. Three years ago my knees never gave me
a second thought. Then I blew out my right knee and in trying to keep
working while it healed up I put so much stress on my left knee that now it
is giving me more problems than the right one. Some days, if I take enough
tylenol, I do ok but I don't want to destroy my liver in the process.
Squating down to do something is out of the question.
I'm determined to get better but it's gonna take some time, a lot of work
and maybe some surgery to do it.
