John This is an F-4 mag, we traded for this F12 after just hearing it pop a
Few times. The fella we got it from had the mag off and apart, dont know why
He did that ?
So It has been sitting in the shed since then about a year or more and now
We want to run - start it at least.
Our service manual has a page on the mag - ign systems, what leans heavily
Toward the W40 J6 mag`s used on 6cyl engines. Oh yes it gives the basic info
On timing , removal, points setting`s and all.
All it says is to refer to magneto section of Standard Units for overhaul
Data for F4 mags. I need the info to overhaul and or take apart and
Reassamble properly.
I can get a nice one for 100 bucks + shipping, but belive that this one is
Fixable. It may be out of time and have that info here in front of me. Where
Is the best place to buy order a fuel pump repair kit for this tractor ?
The leaking fuel is another reason we have put off attempting to run this
Tractor
