[AT] JD 60/ PTO Spreader

My Hew Holland dealer has found a NH 512 PTO spreader.  The price seems 
reasonable if looks mean anything :)  They are asking $1750.  The selling 
dealer gives it a 7 out of 10 rating.  If someone has a moment, could you 
take a look at this and tell me what you think?  I realize that without 
actually seeing it, it's impossible to determine the condition, but...
