[AJD] Part Number F301R

Frank,

You may be right, the line item description is a little confusing to me,
but really what I was trying to communicate is that sometimes individual
parts may not be available any more but an assembly of several parts, under
a different top assembly part number might include the individual part,
F301R he is looking for. Don't know for sure but worth a check.
www.jdparts.deere.com doesn't shed any light on this other than F298R is
available at $24 plus change. A JD dealer may have access to additional info
than what is available on-line for us consumers. Sooner or later, hopefully
sooner, I might get something right. Just trying to offer other ways to
pursue this to get to a possible successful conclusion. None of the NOS
parts warehouses that I am aware show stock for a F310R. The only
additional suggestion might be to have the JD dealer do a Nationwide JD
Dealer search on this part number and see if by chance another JD dealer
might still have one of these in stock.

Dean:
I am not reading this the same way you are but I am not a parts expert by
any means I see F 298 R as a seal for the bearing.......
