[AT] Gooseneck Hitch, slightly different question

Has anyone seen those small air-ride gooseneck hitch adapters?? They are supposed to help take some of the bounce out of hauling a gooseneck trailer. I have a terrible time on some of the concrete roads when the trailer and truck pass over different slabs making things rock back and forth.? I'm sure the problem has to do with the spacing between the rear truck axels, and the trailer axels.? Anyway, those attachments look promising, but though I would ask if anyone has tried them before.? (apparently they're big with the fancy horse crowd).
