Mike, I certainly agree with the six or eight positive email responses
resulting from your post (below); plus I have a nice frontend loader for an
Allis G in my shed as a result of your postings. Approx eight years ago I
followed up on one of those posts and bought a G with endloader. It was
approx a month before and twenty miles from Beilers Auction. I picked the
endloader up at the buyers home, and he delivered the G to Beilers and I
sold it at auction. The day was windy and the G was six tractors downwind
of a Rumely oil pull, so it was well specked at time of sale. And I first
met Cecil Monson. Cecil and I spent several hours together; moving from
auctioneer to auctioneer as items of interest were sold, Cecil buying
several items. It was a memorable day.
