[AT] Allis Chalmers oil level check

Heck I didn't answer because I'm not that familiar with WD 45's.  I agree 
with Rob though that most AC stuff has a dip stick on the plug.  Sometimes 
they get broken off.  I was a little surprised that anyone else had even 
read the question considering the amount of traffic on the list lately.
