[AT] Real tractor question 4010 PTO

I have a 63 model 4010 diesel. w/ a loader on it.  I would like to 
connect a hydraulic pump to the front PTO that is in the middle of the 
tractor.  It is 21 spline.  Does it run at 1000 RPM?  Also is there a 
special univerfsal joint for the connection as it is very close to the 
clutch housing.  I cannot install the 1000 RPM prince PTO pump due to 
inadequate clearance.  I have a very large pump that I can mount 
underneath and drive with a shaft if I can connect to this PTO.  The 
tractor hydraulics are just too slow.
