[AT] timing a cub

I'll look at it; on the old JD I know the throttle linkage is direct
(governor rod removed); seems like this one is the same way.  Haven't
used this little forklift much lately (about a year ago was the last
time & I had heck getting it to accelerate then; had sat for a year or
so before that also).  Always had a bit of a flat spot since I got it
but much worse since sitting.

The Cub engines that were magneto ignition came with either electric or 
crank start. I have a '48 Cub with mag and electric start.

As far as a "flat spot" on acceleration, I would look to a sticky 
governor or governor linkage before getting too serious with ignition 
issues.
