[AT] flywheel ring gear

Feel sure some teeth are in real bad shape; been having to turn it a
little with the fan since I got it to find a "good spot" lotsa times to
get it to engage.  Apparently no "good spots left.  At least it "gave
up" while inside the shop instead of outside somewhere.

That what I have done as well, just turn it around, that is unless it 
has stripped teeth or something.

On some of my newer machines that had a ring, the ring was made of a 
rubber/plastic material, and they would strip off the teeth, and higher 
than heck to buy them
