The ATIS Web site states:
"The Original site for Antique Tractors on the Internet since 1993". 

I remember finding it when I was in College around that time.  I worked in
the Computer Lab and had access to the internet on the Instructor's
computer.  I don't remember when I signed up, but do remember reading it
using Pine on a Unix account via dialup.  Those were the days...
