the original valve is much better than the new ones, try to carefully rebuild it, or i can send you a oem one?

Seems to me that there may be some kinda of crap stuck in the shut off
valve, some small hunk getting in the way of the valve seat. Take it
apart and clean it out. I bet that will do the job
