I'm pretty sure the original rear tires on my Dad's D were 14x30 in the old
size. Not sure just how that compares to todays sizes but I'd guess a 16.9.
Not sure if its the camera angle but the tractor does look to sit a bit low
in the back as if it should have higher tires on it. Actually I think it is
pretty rare to see a D of that vintage that is not on steel wheels.
