[AT] Hydrogen fuel

Hi Steve... it's good to see you posting again.

I don't know about the hydroxyl group but there seem to be guys still
looking for ways to get energy from nothing.  An easier thing would be to
re-engineer our roads so they all go downhill.  ;-)
