Looks like you got it figured out.

If you are talking about the experimental Regular, it was in antique power in the late 1980s. I have the issue somewhere but i'm sure its not available from them anymore.

Hello all!  I am new here so I am gonna try and figure this out.  I am trying to 
find an article written by a magazine on Ivan Weeks' Experimental Farmall.  I am 
pretty sure it was Red Power but I don't see it in their list of back issues.  
Maybe it's Antique Power?  I did call Red Power and a nice lady is going to get 
back to me.  Like I said I wanted to try my hand at this and ask if anyone knew 
the issue of this article.
