according to  aumans  web sight  they had a  contract  to sell  the   
antiques.    the owner   then  received offers for some of the better   tractors and  
 sold them.    they then sold the property  and  gave  aumans notice the 
auction was off...   AFTER  the fliers were  printed and some sent out.       
 
it now is in lawyer land.
