It all goes back to how the officer feels on any given day .. he is in 
charge, and if he wants he will interpret it to the best of his knowledge, 
which may or may not be correct. So after the ticket, you can decide if it 
is worth it to hire a lawyer and set the record straight.  We have the same 
ruling in Indiana, some times we get a ticket, some times we don't .. just 
depends on the officer of the day ... any commercial driver can tell similar 
stores
