[AT] The IHC W-4 front oil seal

Folks,

I suspect my front main oil seal is leaking.  It's been toooo cold to  
investigate completely (near 10F tonight), but there's oil behind the  
radiator below the fan belt area.

I trust this seal is not impossible to change.  I also don't see any  
mention in the manual about tightening any retainer ring or the like,  
in the way the water pump seal can be.

Anyone remember how tough it is to fix this?  And what's a likely  
source for the seal?  (it's leather.)
