[AT] Fuel prices/Sask.

I think 0 F was the coldest I've seen it here in my 58 years and that was 30 
years ago.  I've been up in the N/E when it was minus 10 or so but it really 
didn't feel that cold.  Not much wind and no moisture left in the air.
We've had cold fall.  We've already had a couple of freezes.  Some years we 
don't get one all winter.
