[AT] refusing to replace old equipment

Ralph the whole problem with the auto industry is that the bov't, for 
whatever reason, won't let the automakers build "the old cars" or a lot of 
other cars that people want to drive.  If the US Gov't wants to know what to 
do about the financial mess we are in here all they have to do is get out of 
the way, stop passing new laws and rules and let the free market operate. 
The problem will solve it's self.
