LeRoy, I'd put some kero or diesel in with the milky oil, let it sit a 
while, drain it and repeat the rinse with kero or diesel.  Then put in new 
oil.  It might take it a while to drain out well.  I don't think you have to 
worry much about it freezing as long as it is milky.  I think it will just 
make some ice crystal and not get solid BUT it gets a lot colder where you 
are than it does here.
