[Farmall] 1944 Farmall B Question

I got my 1944 Farmall B running this weekend for the first time this summer. 
I took the kids on rides and had it running for about 1/2 hour. At the end 
of the drive, I noticed a bit of antifreeze had come out of the cap an onto 
the hood. When I parked it, antifreeze ran out of the overflow tube and 
soaked the left front tire. What should I be looking for as causes of this? 
Sorry for such a simple question but I haven't had a whole lot of experience 
with issues like this.
