[AJD] eBay forbidding paper payment in USA

Let's remember that Spencer started an online auction service that is
related to ATIS.  If people are thinking about moving away from EBay, I
think Spencer deserves a shot at our business.  He has done a lot for us
over the years.

guys here where I live in Moline, Illinois the local newspaper owns an 
online business and they have a auction site and FREE on online listings 
much like ebay, but they have very few rules. It's been around for a 
longtime now and I have used it many times. Check it out.
