[AJD] eBay forbidding paper payment in USA

Thanks for the heads up Bill.  This is crummy 
news!  Sounds like our only "allowed" option 
outside the use of credit card based businesses 
like Paypal and Propay is the old C.O.D., and 
that's pretty expensive.   Darn.     John W.
