[AT] somewhat OT--skid steer vs tractor for mowing

I priced a used one over the weekend.  It was a 2006 model with 700  
hours on it.  94 HP, tracks, cab, 7' bucket.  Sold new for $55,000,  
new ones now sell for $60,000, he was asking $50,000.  Out of my league.
