[AT] OT Need help with ATIS list signup

I'm moving my internet to DSL after the cable company refuses to admit they 
have a bandwidth problem in my neighborhood and won't fix my problems.  The 
last straw was when the technician came yet again the other day.  As he left 
he proudly proclaimed that he had me running good at 176kbps.  What is that 
about 2 1/2  times faster than dial up?  DSL guarantees 3M kbps and I could 
get 5 or 10 meg if I wanted to pay for it and it's cheaper.

Anyway.  I tried to sign up my new e-mail address on Spencers site and 
couldn't do it.  I don't have a password so I couldn't change my old 
subscription.  I tried to just sign up again but it said I wasn't authorized 
to do so.

If anyone can help me please let me know.
