[AT] Tractor Question -IH350 utility

Does anyone own a IHC 350 utility with factory power steering on it ?  I 
need a valve that I dont even know exactly what it looks like. Bought one on 
ebay and  got a torn up flate rate box in the mail that had a broken end 
plate in it, the valve was completly gone. I wonder how could this be ? How 
rough are these things handled during shipping ? Will find out how good ins. 
is for the USPS. Contact seller and she is supposed to send the insurance 
ticket to me for insurance. I just told the postmaster to pay her whatever 
the claim is and she can refund the money that was sent her in the first 
place. Ok I still need a valve, any ideas ?  And would like to see some 
pictures of what is supposed to be on there. If anyone has this I would 
appreciate any info + pics. I went over this a couple weeks ago then found a 
valve on ebay. That is laying in some truck or corner of a USPS building 
somewheres between here and NH.  This tractor is in the way of a Allis wd45 
awaiting an engine transplant.
