Yeah, fortunately most eBay auctions are more descriptive than this one.
Like Farmer I too thought foot accelerator.  If it is for a Farmall prior to
the mid-fifties then my money would be on after-market.  Too bad the auction
doesn't also include an elevation shot.  if we could see what's on the
underside it might shade some more light.
