Thanks for posting this, farmer.  Maybe it will serve to remind all of us to
be more careful.  Someone on a metalworking forum that I belong to
posted a link to pictures of a machine shop lathe accident a while back.
They were gruesome and stomach-turning but every time I even walk past
my wood or metal lathes, I am reminded of that accident and the need to 
be more careful.
