Larry,
  Some of the parts for the sickles are available as crossover parts for 
other MTD stuff, but most of the specialized pieces are NLA. The engine 
and control cables are normal stock, the front drive block is NLA new, 
but it is repairable. Shaft bearings were common stuff.
