John:

The MPI yields the following information:

F646AN was used on the following Row Crop cultivator models:

40 or 41 PC = 531
400 PC = 122
4600 PC = 495

These all look like they were made well after the Killifer acquisition. I
have parts catalogs (PC) and probably Operators Manuals for all of these
cultivators so I can send pictures for further identification if necessary.
My guess at the moment is that you have a model 40 or 41 cultivator

Subject: [AJD] MPI assistance

AJD list members,

One of my tractors (a quite early "50N") came with a front cultivator. I
have purchased several Operator's Manuals, and have yet to find the right
manual. There is some resemblance to the B200 series cultivators. The
only part
that I can find numbers on is the fitting on the end of the horizontal bars
that attaches to the truss rods.

As best as I can tell, the part number (or casting number?) is F 646-A.
Any
assistance on which cultivators this part belongs would be greatly
appreciated.

This has been an interesting tractor. It had a Baker valve, and on the
rear
a Killifer ABG 57 set of parallelogram type attachments for rear
cultivators.
A governor driven hydraulic pump drives a CharLynn power steering unit.
Any information anyone has on any of the above, I would enjoy hearing it.

Take care,

John Maxwell
Ferndale, CA
