Could it be stolen? Around here, there was the theft of a gooseneck  
flatbed trailer in one town, and then the theft of a Bobcat mini- 
excavator in another. A bit over a year ago, there was the theft of  
over one million dollars in heavy construction equipment from a  
construction site.
