[AT] radiator outlet on wrong side

Hey I want to thank you all for your advice opinions and info, I was at a freinds place today and we got to talking about the M radiator. And he went into his shop and come back out with a 5# tube of silver solder full. Said if it would be of any use to me that I should take it along.
So I found an old bathtub that will hold the radiator ok since J advised me to keep it under water while working on it.

joints becoming "unsoldered"!

The place where I need the outlet is nice and clean, so with a good wire brushing it will clean up like a new penny.
I have repaired radiators before with fair to good results, just never cut out a hole for an outlet.
I will get on this in the morning I want to run my M six and this has to be done first. Anyone have an M hood laying around or a damaged hood for sale ? Let me know my hoods 6" to short.
