you might try Bates.com. I rebuilt a TD-6 engine which is the same as the MD 
engine. They had everything. IT was quite costley. I also got some parts from 
the dealer also.Pistons and sleve kit came from the dealer. I beleive i had 
the crankshaft machined also. If you do have to machine the crank get the 
bearings first. then machine the crank to the bearing size. It will cost you over 
$800 just for the rod and main bearings.
