Joe I think you got your answer. I will not have to ask the Getzen boys when I see them. Joe one of them might have been hunting right near you. When I was growing there was a sign on the outskirts of Elkhorn that read Brass Band Instrurment Capital of the World. My how things have changed.

Don't ask me how I know this. When you get this old, you just know things,
unless you forget them.

I realize this has nothing to do with tractors, but it seems that somewhere
on this list
is someone who knows a little about everything. My son recently decided to
play the trombone
in an effort to help him practice, this weekend I bought him a nice shiny
trombone at an auction
that was made by the Hoosier Instrument Company in Elkhart Indiana. In an
effort to find out a little
about it, I have been unable to find out anything about the company after
about an hour searching
on-line. I assume they were merged into some other big conglomerate, but
I'm just curious to find out

a little history. Does any on one the list know?

Enjoy, Joe
