[Farmall] IH Plow cylinder repair

Tommy,
I'm in the same neck of the woods here and the two best IH dealers  (for
parts, I haven't used them for service) I've found are either Browning
Equipment in Purcellville near Leesburg, or Cavalier in Ashland just North
of Richmond.
