I am by pre-41 cars adn trucks like a lot of folks are about pre-41
tractors--not interested. Now if you start talking about trucks from the
50's, the you have my interest. I had a early '50's F-5 Ford I was going to
fix up and put a grain body on to use. When I got to figuring what it would
cost and hit $5,000 on the calculator (and I hadn't even considered paint) I
cut the calculator off and drove the truck into the woods. I sold it a
couple years later to a kid (he was about 12). he had 3 already and with his
dads help had plans on making a nice one.
Now those Macks from the '50s, thats a dream truck.
