It is my understanding that there is a surplus of caps and the program was 
extended until they are used up.

Is the gas cap replacement program still going on? The link I have tells me
the program has been extended indefinetly. Just wanted to know before I
start gathering serial numbers. Also wanted to pass it along to some
non-collectors that still use old IH machines.
