Spencer in a situation like that I'm a firm believer in stop leak. If it
works it will at least delay if not save an expensive repair. If it doesn't
work you haven't lost but a couple of bucks. I know some of the correct
police don't agree with that but it's a reasonable option. If the truth is
known I suspect it was used by the manufactures and dealers at times. I
know Ford used to make their own brand of stop leak. Maybe they still do.
