[AT] TD6 Trackloader timing problems. Where is TDC

It's the propane propellant that USED to be in WD 40 that made it good 
starter fluid.  Try using your small propane torch (without lighting it of 
course).  Stick the nozzle in the air intake and crack the valve open.
