[AT] TD6 Trackloader timing problems. Where is TDC

Actually John, its one that needs to be opened.  But... if he is getting
compression at the spark plug, and the system is setup right, getting
spark.... he has it open properly.

Is there a Decompression lever that needs to be closed?
