[AT] radiator

Hello today I got to looking at the radiator good on bench. First thing I see is a cast iron outlet, second is that it is brazed onto radiator. So I carry it by the local radiator shop to see what options were availible. None ?
He said use a long hose and that they could not change the outlet ? The outlet also has rivets in it, he said that the braze was done before the radiator was put together ?
Any ideas other than a long hose ?
