[AT] Tire Repair

I thing it was "Farmer" (Frank Robinson) who suggested using Shoo-Goo 
cement on that kind of tire cut. I have not tried it myself, but it is 
handy stuff to have around. I bought a tube of it at Wal-Mart of all places.
