Don't forget about NeHi grape and orange,  Orange and Grape Crush and the 
central NC favorite Cheerwine.  I think the Nehi  brands and maybe the Crush 
brands are long gone but Cheerwine is still alive and well around Charlotte 
NC.  We can't get it down here on the coast.
