harleys just feel better to ride end of story . On  tractor note found a tricycle type allis C with a double bottom plow all their not stuck (not running) he wants 800.00 is that fair? Think its a 1960 model. Have a 39 an 46 b do they all interchange?

Could be. Figure they both use the same level of technology as well. The 
only bike HD has that is close to current technology is the Vrod, the 
rest are built on a 1930s design.
  The thing that really ticks me of about HD bikes is the double 
standard the cops and inspectors give them. You take ANY other new bike 
made, chop the exhaust so it is loud enough to rattle your teeth, remove 
the turn signals and put a headlight on that is about as bright as a 
candle and see if it even comes close to passing either one. Do the same 
with a Hog and no problems at all, it's almost expected from you.
