I suspect you have McAfee running on your PC. It seems to think that 
half of what you receive is either spam (junk mail) or phishing (fake 
messages soliciting your credit card and bank account numbers). I 
stopped using McAfee and Norton many years ago, as they aren't as good 
as the free stuff like Avast!, AVG, SpyBot, etc.
