[AT] Need a tractor hauled from Eastern PA to NJ

A local tractor guy just getting into antique tractors bought an IH 340 
Industrial (bare) tractor to restore and needs it hauled from the 
Allentown PA area to the Washington (Warren County) NJ area. It doesn't 
have a backhoe or loader but it is a little too heavy for his light 
truck and trailer. (It also doesn't run but it does roll.)
