Dee has it.........sounds like a bearing stuck on the shaft?

Jim,
It has been a long time since I had a H but it seems it was simple? I looked
at the IT manual and it simply says Remove Magneto, Disconnect oil line,
drain oil and remove cap screws retaining assy to left side of governor case
and remove assembly.
Re install in reverse order.
That is about all it has to say?
