[AJD] H Hydraulic pump

Guys,
    I need a little advice....I have to remove the hydraulic pump assembly off an 1940 H that followed me home before Christmas.  It comes loose about 3/8" and then hangs up.  The parts manual isn't very helpful and Mother Deere doesn't offer a shop manual.  This has to come off so I can get the transmission cover off to do some shift lever work.
